About Us

Galli Legal Nursing, Inc. was founded by Cynthia Galli, RN, BSN, CNLCP to provide professional legal nursing services. Ms. Galli is a Certified Nurse Life Care Planner, Legal Nurse Consultant, and Case Manager with a diverse nursing practice. She is experienced in working with attorneys, claims adjusters and other clients and has testified in both civil and workers compensation cases.

Ms. Galli began her nursing career in critical care which included intensive and cardiac care, emergency nursing and post-anesthesia recovery. She subsequently managed a multi-million dollar government contract for a military hospital in the Emergency Department and Ambulatory Clinic. She supervised day-to-day operations, administered the Quality Assurance Program, reviewed Standards of Practice and controlled the operating budget.

Ms. Galli then worked in home health nursing as an IV specialist and on-call supervisor. Prior to founding Galli Legal Nursing, Inc., she was a consultant responsible for locating and scheduling physicians for IMEs, preparing chronologies, attending medical exams, providing case management, and reviewing records for medical necessity of treatment as well as claims and legal issues for workers' compensation.

Ms. Galli has completed courses in both Nurse Life Care Planning and Legal Nurse Consulting. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Life Care Planners (AANLCP), the Forensic Expert Witness Association (FEWA) and the Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International.
